My complaint:
I contacted Burger King via: https:www.burgerking.casupport informing them that I was unhappy that one of their offers on the app was not working. A Jessica replied immediately and said she was going to add $5 to my account. I told her that it didn’t work as I did not see that $5 under Offers. She then said that she would add another $5 to my account. When that didn’t work either, she simply ghosted me! I can send you the email thread if needed.
Suggested solution:
They should at the VERY least reply! And it would be good to actually deliver what I was promised: $10 into my account. But since that obviously doesn\'t work, they can send me something in the mail worth $10 towards BK.
