My complaint:
I’ve been ordering ex onions on sandwiches most of my life time and I was charged for extra onions 2 weeks ago. I’m requesting $1.07 refund, please. I do not want to enter that store again, I along with other customers have experienced numerous, uncomfortable and dangerous times in that store. Most of the employees are with bad attitudes and lack Customer service Skills.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. Give employees including managers, supervisors customer services training, monitor employees and make a difference in that store, please. That store is horrible.
