My complaint:
Around 8 30pm I stopped by Burger King on East Main St, Prattville Alabama. I needed to order a small sandwich for my mother. I ordered a junior bacon cheese burger with heavy onions and medium onion ring. I arrived home, cut the sandwich in half in order for my mother to handle it, there was NO PATTY. Called the store the young lady said she was the store manager and she did not believe it. I was like I have no reason to lie about a $2,00 sandwich. She was like what do you want me to do about it. I was floored at how she responded. That’s no way to respond to a customer.
Suggested solution:
They were laughing and playing as I waited on my meal. They should be a bit more professional when preparing people food and they would not leave off the beef
