My complaint:
1st, attempted to go through BK drive-thru located at 3554 Central Ave Saint Petersburg, FL 33711. Sat in line for 5 minutes without moving, 3 cars including me left.
2nd, went to the BK at address above, placed order using $4. coupon for 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and 2 Fries and Drink. Picked up order and had one burger and one fry. Immediately parked and went inside explained the problem and showed the receipt. Lady took the bag, picked up another burger and tossed it back to me and walked off. After I left I found that there was still only one fry and the 2 burgers were Cheeseburgers NOT Bacon Cheeseburgers which was the order and what showed on the receipt.
Suggested solution:
They can't resolve it! When two different BK restaurants in the same day, in the same city, are so bad at their job it's not worth ever going back!
I will never step foot in another BK again and it's pitiful, they used to be better... But No More! BK should take note of how Chick-fil-A runs a business. NEVER an issue with CFA!
