My complaint:
I waited one hour and four minutes for a burger, 12 nuggets and 2 ice creams. Many other customers were upset as we all waited well over 30 minutes for out orders. When any of the customers tried to ask about the delay, we were ignored. The staff served the drive through and uber eats before those in the store.
Suggested solution:
Re- train the staff and offer a meal voucher for the inconvenience.
