My complaint:
I contacted BK on 3/12/2024 using their online complaint site, about an under cooked Whopper I had purchased earlier the same day. I explained that the burger was so under cooked I could not eat it. I was offered $3 dollars as compensation, which I did not accept – the Whopper costs $5.39 – and I asked for a free Whopper instead. Burger King did not respond, and has ignored my repeated attempts to resolve this matter.
Suggested solution:
Resolve this complaint by replacing the Whopper at no cost.
