Burger King complaint: I was Embarrassed and Insulted.

My complaint:

On Wednesday, February 8th. 2023 at 8:05 am I James Shipley was confronted by Manager Chris about an incident Proving that I had forgotten to change the oil in the fryers. I had taken full responsibility for my actions on that day. Manager Chris then proceeded to call me inappropriate names by another manager. I confronted Chris and I had made him aware that the inappropriate names were taking things too far manager Chris replied in his own words I DON’T GIVE A SHIT. I then told Chris How I do care and how he would feel if had called him an Ignorant prick. Chris then told me that i could clock out and go home. I then told Chris that I felt that it was he that should clock out and go home due to the fact that he started the name-calling and not me. I was told to take my break so while on break I messaged GM Fred and advised him of the incident that had happened between myself and Chris. Fred told me to go ahead and finish with my day and avoid Chris so I don’t do or say anything that would get me in trouble. Before coming back from my break Manager Chris decided to send over Supervisor Autumn to inform me that he wanted me to clock out and go home and that they didn’t need me period. I then told Autumn what Fred had told me and she said that she had to inform Chris. Chris feels that I had undermined his Athuortity by Calling Gm Fred about the incident. Not only do I feel that Chris’s Acts were unprofessional but his behavior was not in the proper acts of a manager as well. The Fact that manager Chris used curse words and inappropriate name-calling tells me that Chris does not have the right temperament for his position as a manager. I deeply feel that Chris should be written up for this incident as well as Chris giving an apology for embarrassing me and insulting me with the inappropriate name-calling.

By having Manager Chris Written up as well as giving me an apology for the embarrassment and insult.
