My complaint:
The severity of the rudeness of these employees needs to be delt with! My fiancé and I were at the counter trying to order the buy one get one free whoppers for a Valentine’s Day promotion advertised and was coMpleting the order when all 3 employees followed each other out front to smoke. Leaving not a single employee in the building to take our order. This is u acceptable and I really would like to speak to a representative!

Headquarters needs to reach out to me to discuss this , as u am a very pissed off, unsatisfied customer!
Headquarters should be involved because obviously management is irrelevant, or this would have never taken place!
