My complaint:
The employees acted like they were at a friends house the guy fixing the burgers had no gloves on and was constantly fussing with his hair the drive up guy was confused about toys in kiddie meal and didn’t put the right sauce In the order thought it was funny as hell there was 1 more customer other than me and i had to ask them if somebody was available to help her.
Suggested solution:
I'm 58 and I worked at BK in Utah at 17 -19 and I tell you what the standards were HIGHER and you had PRIDE wearing the yellow and orange uniform I was night mngr 6 months after hired and my people knew when you walking the door you represent the co. and if that's too hard then SEE YA I'm embarrassed for the KING who wears the crown SAD SAD SAD pathetic even the mngr doesn't care about her job TOO BAD because the customers are what keeps BK open with food like this GARBAGE that store will be closing
