Burger King complaint: Manager is a bully

My complaint:

I witnessed the manager belittle and literly get into the personal space of a young team member. He yelled, didnt allow the young man to give his side of the story, and he fired him. All in front of other team members and customers

Suggested solution:

He needs to be replaced
