My complaint:
Food missing from order, then after 4 times going back, the 11 had two hairs in the sandwich and the chicken was not fully cooked. Manager was horrible, I ended up paying for an extra drink because they couldn’t figure out how to fix the missing orders.
Suggested solution:
Get a customer service person who cares about service and respects the customers. I had a large order and read it back and they still didn't even get it right.
