Burger King complaint: Worst customer service

My complaint:

They made my order wrong twice and the store was dirty. When I went back to get cheese that I ordered, the guy wanted to see my receipt.and demanded another .27 cents. I put it on the counter and he stood there with his hand out so I slid it across closer to him. He yelled at me that was rude and get out and don’t come back! He wouldn’t give my receipt back. The burger I got was also cold!

I am old and have arthritis in my hands and fingers so it would be difficult to put the change in his hand. He shoved the change back at me and I didn’t get my cheese.

I have never been treated like this in any restaurant or business. This guy might hate women or old people but that’s his problem.

Another customer was leaving the same time I was and he said, don’t feel bad, that guy is a d–c and he’s always like that.

I will never ever eat at another Burger King. I’d rather starve! How can you run a restaurant with such obnoxious people? I think the BK near South Ridge is a sewer.

When I walked in, there was a sign that said help wanted. Good luck finding anyone willing to work with that guy. This was very sickening experience. I believe everyone there heard him yelling at me.

Suggested solution:

A little respect wouldn't hurt. Not shouting at the customers in a threatening voice might be a good idea.

If I were a man, I'd have a very hard time not punching this guy.

Get rid of him! Maybe he needs a psycho evaluation or an exorcism or both. This man should not be working with the public. I think he'd be better suited working in a sewer or with outhouses!

I would rate my experience a -5 stars!
