My complaint:
I was at the station waiting for my train which was due to depart at 18:37, I placed my order around 18:21 which I felt was more than enough time to make up my order, receive it and get to the platform in time for my train to London. There was only 2 staff members while another was outside doing what I do not know. They were taking too long and even with only 10 maybe 15 customers waiting I thought I should have received my order within 15 minutes atleast. There was a group of children in front of me who had been waiting for almost 10 minutes for their order. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. Bad delayed service experience
Suggested solution:
Refund me the full value of the receipt and for the inconvenience of emailing customer service 3 times and having to chase them twice for a response.
