My complaint:
This is my Complain.Biz scenario. I went through the drive-thru at approximately 1500 today (August 8). I ordered the three for three bundle and two cookies. The ordered totaled $4.77. In order to help them out with some change I paid $5.77 and the manager working the window gave me my $1.00 change and my items. However when I got home there were no cookies in the bag. I know we aren’t talking a lot of money but I paid for the items and did not receive all the items that I paid for. That comes under the heading of quality control.
Suggested solution:
I believe Burger King should provide me compensation for their error
