My complaint:

I went to the Burger King on (310 E Trade street) Directly across from the spectrum center. I asked the employees if they could do change for a $100 and they told me yes, I ordered a Hershey pie, Honey Mustard chicken wrap and a 8 piece cheesy tots which came out to $7.55. I received $92.45 back in change… Except the problem is I received $72.45 because they gave me a counterfeit $20. I went back to the store SAME DAY and was told there was nothing they can do and to come back the next day. I came back the next day and again asked to get my real money I’m owed. I was told there was nothing they could do again. The workers then told transit security that I was doing something so they approach me and ask if I’m ok. I tell them I am perfectly fine I just want my money and they can take back this fake bill they gave me. The security then said the employees wanted me gone so I had to leave the store. I responded and told them that asking for my money back was not a logical reason to kick me out whatsoever. The employee even taped the fake money to the receipt where it will stay until given to the right figure.I am seeking legal action on this store and all employees involved in this matter.

Suggested solution:

I will need my correct amount of payment back. That is all I want and was asking for.
If they are not willing to give me the payment I’m rightfully owned then legal action will continue.
