My complaint:
This hotel was disgusting. It didn’t look anything like the pictures advertised on line. First of all when you get there you can’t walk into a lobby. Its a window on the outside for check-in. They said no refunds but it’s not until you step inside the dirty room that you want one. I saw a roach, the tub had mildew around it and the chair in the room looked like someone was shot in it. When I left and asked for a refund they said no, although I had paid for six days.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back for $338.88. I tried to dispute the charges on my card and they denied it. They should be ashamed of themselves.
