My complaint:
The room was filthy, stains on the sheets and bugs in the room. Also no hot water. Attempted to speak with a front desk person who contacted the manager however they did not want to resolve the issues. Had to locate another room at another hotel that night.
Suggested solution:
I’m just asking for a refund
