My complaint:
I paid $680 for a room with bed bugs that ate my back up had to get medical attention no light bulbs, no smoke alarm, room filthy with trash literally guest that are Black or appear to be drug addicts are put in the awful rooms in the back of the hotel but pay the same price as customers with decent rooms
Suggested solution:
They should refund me my $680
