My complaint:
I stayed there for 7 months, while I was there my toilet was never properly fixed, the cleaning man went in my room when I was not there and stolen tools of mine, he took a ball cap from the back of my neighbors truck when questioned about it he said it was his, I have seen in his room from the doorway he claims he got All of the stuff he has from people leaving things in the room, I was told by management I had to switch rooms 3 times while staying there not my choice my car was backed into one night, the owner said not his issue, my TV broke from the bitter cold when I had to move my room per management, when I was in the process of moving out I had my room till morning and the cleaning guy went in my room when I was not there, I told manager about it he swore to me the cleaning guy was out of town at that time no he was not
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me for my car, TV, and stolen items
