My complaint:
I purchased 5 lg banana puddings on Sat December 2nd of which all 5 sell by date 12/2 . Not fresh bananas turned dark !
I drove back to ask for a refund , Manager refunded 4 said because 1 was 1/2 full he would not refund . He had a bad don’t care attitude acted as if I was inconveniencing him . He and the cashier were very disrespectful and discourteous .
Suggested solution:
I should have gotten a full refund as well as an apology for having purchased product that was not fresh ! I drove an hour there and back to return bad product . The manager with a don’t care attitude was very frustrating ! I spend a lot of money at Buc-ees ,to get treated this way is unacceptable !
