My complaint:
My spouse has been in the hospital and has had his heart zap 4 time for Afib. He has complied with all rules of the company. However, he has been written up for missing time. The only time he has missed , he had a doctor’s note. Yet he was written up for that time. He has never missed time without having an excuse from a doctor. Doesn’t your company like good employees or you just don’t care about people. What’s the deal if he has to go into the hospital for another operation he will be fired. That in itself is stress on a person knowing that your health is not important to the company. Even doing the right thing your are still punished for it. What’s the deal.
