My complaint:

I had a ferry booked on 5Jan 2021 from Portsmouth to Caen in France,
and on 30 dec 2020 Brittany sent a tex to say i could not travel as France closed its border unless you are French National!! Itried to change my ticket through Direct ferries but it would not allow me to change route!!
Contacting Direct ferries and having a Covid test arranged for Monday 5th Jan,i booked another ferry to Spain for Tuesday 6th Jan 2021,as staying in Scotland have a12 hour drive to Portsmouth!!
I complained through Direct ferries about a refund and Brittany ferries refused my request.
I got intouch with Brittany ferries and they say that they have no ref no for my ferries whitch i find hard to believe!!

Suggested solution:

Pay my refund of £171 00 pound
