My complaint:
I appreciate you may have a large number of callers but to say I have been trying to contact you for the last three days is unacceptable. We only owe the sum of £21.00 and yet your are saying you may cancel our booking and with the loss of our deposit. This is unacceptable considering we have been a membercustomer for many many years.
Suggested solution:
Allow us to pay the outstanding balance when we arrive at the ferry port if they are unable to answer our calls.
I Owe small balance too but cannot contact anyone by phone or email or make payment on line
