My complaint:

I need to cancel my ferry crossing due to a unforseen family bereavement. Brittany Ferries took weeks to reply to my request for cancellation of my booking.Then they told me that I would not get a refund or be able to transfer the booking to a relative with the same surname. I think it is disgraceful and unethical to respond to a customer in this way at a time of great distress and grief, adding to my depression and causing emotional turmoil at a very difficult time. I still request a full refund.

A full refund.
