My complaint:
We booked a crossing with an outside large 2-4 berth cabin. On entering our cabin 7105 we found the window opened onto the inside of the ferry which was not very attractive and not what we were expecting. On all previous occasions and indeed on our return crossing the window looked out over the sea. We do not consider this to be an outside cabin. When speaking to a member of staff we were told it was an outside cabin and no others were available as the ferry was full.
Suggested solution:
The experience impaired our enjoyment, generating anxiety and tension. The cabin does not fit our interpretation of an outside cabin so could you expain why this happened so we can be assured when booking in future we do have an outside cabin.
If what we feel this is not an outside cabin we would like to be recompensed in some way
