My complaint:

we were ment to sail at 19.30 but we were not borded till 20.00 being
one of the last few vehicles, i had asked to be parked near a lift as my wife is disabled also has 60% heart failer and cancer when loaded we were parked 8 car lengths away from the lift a women staff member came up and said we hat to hurry I tried to explain out problem she turned and said you must go and take our dogs and cases with us, this is not possible I helped my wife to get to the lift and then the cabin, I then ran down the staires to get my 2 small dogs and took them up by stairs then running down the staires again to get our suitcase the women staff member shut the door just as I got there saying I was too late I explained to her that my wife heart medication was in the case she said I could get it when we reached bilbao my stress level was getting very high at the way we were being treated I started raising my voice demanding that I was allowed to get the case she evently open the door saying why did I not ask for help I had and been refused.
The next day we had a very nice continental breakfast we went for the
evening meal but there was nothing on there we could eat I asked the head waiter if we could have a lasarnia or code and chips he just said NO in a very loud voice so we left so all we had to eat that day was a coninetal breakfast, I could not believe the way we have been treated
IT WAS THE JOURNEY FROM HELL.
The return tripwas back to Brittany Ferries high standard except the evening meal unedable

Suggested solution:

I firstly like to state I have using Brittany Ferries For a great deal of years
and have been very happy I am also a voyager club member this was very unusual for Brittany Ferries some of the crew we dealt with seemed very upset.
I expect customer relations to contact me so we can talk about this and what help we can expect or not on future cruises and also about the evening meals there should be some decent english food on the menu as 75% of passengers are problable English
