My complaint:
I have booked air tickets on tripmonster to travel to India on the 9th of April 2020. As we are aware of the corona situation right now, India is not allowing any travel. This is not my problem I want to cancel my ticket and get a refund. But British airways is asking me to contact trip monster. But tripmonster is a fraud. It is not receiving my call, they have no email address. I have lost 690 euros and I want it to be refunded because I am not travelling. This looting people’s money for no reason. My booking reference with British airways is MA2SAP

I want my refund. And a case has to be filed on tripmonster and British airways.
