My complaint:

I’m an international student travelling from India to the UK for masters. I have started my journey at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, HYD on 200920. I asked the check-in counter service to put a fragile tag to my baggage since I have a few valuable items. Upon claiming my baggage at the Newcastle international airport I noticed that my baggage has been handled very poorly and rashly. One of the wheels of the trolley bag was missing and the bag is broken at few places.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I have to buy another trolley bag because mine is broken and can't be used for future purposes whenever I need to travel. The dimensions of the baggage are Capacity: 120 liters; Dimensions: 52 cms x 30 cms x 77 cms (LxWxH). I need a refund for the broken trolley bag.
