My complaint:

My wife and I were due to return back home from Algeria to London in 2019. Our flight BA2547 was cancelled nearly 35 times, and we were told it was due to pandemic. Yet, for the last 89 months global flights in and out of London, and in and out of Algeria were taking passengers to their destinations. And BTW Algeria is marked as amber, possibly the least amount of infections worldwide. Nevertheless, BA kept us stranded here away from our children and grandchildren for over two years, cancelled our travel insurance, so we had to hire and evacuate accommodations on a nearly monthly basis, as well as hiring cars for short periods. But the most important problem was missing our GPs and UK hospital appointments and to find local doctors for our heart and diabetic chronical situations and buy local medications.

Suggested solution:

Primarily, we need to return to the UK than speak to a solicitor and recovering our losses.
