British Airways complaint: bad seats sold wrongly

My complaint:

I am contacting you after having recently flown on AA 67 sold as BA 1557 from Barcelona to New York, I purchased seats for my husband and myself for an extra £81 each, the ticket sales strongly implied that you didn’t get any free beverages unless you paid extra for your seat. So, with that and the luxury of more space I was looking forward to our flight home.
I am sorry to inform you that it was truly the worst flying experiences I have had to endure. To find that the seats were so jammed against the wall you had to sit side saddle. They were so narrow you could barely squeeze into them making it so that the seat belt had to be out before you sat, or it would not be reached. I am overweight to medical conditions, and I fly from the usa often which I have done for years. When I complained to crew, I was told buy two seats then.? In this case that would have made no difference with the tray table being in the armrest, which brings me to the fact I could not use it as it wouldn’t open over my stomach. Impossible to hold tray and drink and eat, the tray of food was put on floor by hostess (we want you to sit back relax and have a great flight, if thee is anything we can do to make it more comfortable please ask one of your crew) my husband and I had 3 drinks each when my husband asked for a fourth he was told to wait and then served soda and expected not to notice. REALLY as grown businessmen in our late 50s early 60s rather an insult.
NOT what you expect from a major airline.
