My complaint:
I flew to Aberdeen in may. Bags never arrived I was on holidays – I incurred expenses. £147. After many many portal filings they finally approved a refund on 21/8/ 23. They are now abusing me with bogus responses . Saying I have a different account number than the one I have ! I have politely corrected them every time. Claiming it can take up to a month – it’s now over.
The staff are literally taunting me. I have had enough, The refund approval is worthless unless I can redirect it somewhere else . Have been ignored via letter to the chairman complaints. Anyone know if small claims court wouid work ? Or actual address of complaints team at BA? Any help appreciated . Tx so much.,
