My complaint:
June 25th Neosho MO had their firework display. After it was over, went to Braums Was doing drive thru. Waited in line 30 minutes. Got to the speaker to order, and no one took order so I pulled to window. With hand gestures, they let me know they were closed. There are cameras all around the building and the least they could have done was send someone out to say they were closing but to have me sit for 30 minutes in line and then get hand gestures is a very tacky way to do business
Suggested solution:
I dont know how this company handles complaints but at the least send me in the mail coupons for at least what i went there to order Crispy Chicken Club, Fries, and a Strawberry Shortcake sundae and a small cup of vanilla frozen yogurt for my pup
