Braums complaint: No Food

My complaint:

On July 2, 2022, after a long hard day I wanted to enjoy a Braum’s Bacon Cheeseburger, relax and go home. So, I stopped by this store because it was right there, knowing it’s not the best Braum’s around! I ordered my food, paid them and waited and waited and waited. After 15 minutes with very few customers in the store I go to the counter and ask the kid about my food! I was told it should be coming right up. You think? After another 10 minutes now I’m getting ticked seeing several employees, Kids, playing grab ass so I go back to the counter. There was a nice black girl ask if she could help me. Yes, I replied where my order is that I’ve been waiting on for quite some time? She took my receipt and told some guy this man ordered food over 25 minutes ago! Where is it? The guy that was playing grab ass with a girl said, OH, that was the order I was told to throw away!! Really? You know, I was in food safety for 30 years. I never witnessed such awful employees in a food establishment. Our motorcycle group loves to stop at Braum’s after a long ride for ice cream. Maybe we need to go elsewhere! I’ve never been so insulted in 66 years of life! I hope Bill Braum is still around and can see this!

Suggested solution:

Fire the entire crew. You don't need this representing Braum's. I've heard others complain about this exact store. I will NEVER go back! You need adults running your stores, not a bunch of kids!
