My complaint:
I’m filing a complaint with this location, i recently arrived with my spouse to buy some ice cream to find that not only they were understaffed but working and serving customers food and ice cream in severe unsanitary conditions, theirs spilled ice cream on the counter tops where the equipment is, the equipment that is used to mix shake etc. is severely dirty and not safe to use and serve customers.
And when I ordered a rocky road with chocolate chip in a cup the employee who served me i do not remember his name served other two cups properly to the brim but served my own as if I was a 3yr old who couldn’t eat too much ice cream, not only this showed me a sign that weight shaming is a subject that i disapprove on, though this may not hishers intention but the message was clear that weight shame played a part in the amount i received compared to their other two orders witch didn’t suffer the same fate as i did, I’m deeply upset and feel as if our money didn’t matter to them.
Suggested solution:
improve and ensure everything is sanitary to heatlh code rules and regulations so customers do not get sick
