My complaint:
Our family of 16 plus another family of 6 got out to come to the Braums and be with our families.when we arrived the single booth that is there that holds 6 to 8 people was being occupied by a single male playing or doing his work on his pc. This isn’t the first time he’s been there doing the same thing on a weekend night. In fact, for the past several weekends this 1 (one) person has been selfishly, doing this same thing. Mngmt was told, they called their boss and from that NOTHING was done. This escalated into a verbal disagreement because this male yelled at our children and told them to sit down! Now, most reputable restaurants make it known that a single person CAN NOT singley do that. It should not have been handled the way it was.
Suggested solution:
You need to have a management team that you trust to recognize issues like this and allow them to handle them in a positive manner. Please let us know your thoughts on this.....
