Braums complaint: Theft and unauthorized usage of my credit card

My complaint:

I went through the Braum’s drive thru Monday, 892021, at approximately 5:15 p.m. and ordered and 5 with water and a large peanut butter cup mix. I paid with my Discover credit card. I did not receive my card back after paying but did not notice at the time. I did not go anywhere else so I know I left the card with the young man at the drive thru window. I noticed the missing card the following day and called the store to ask if they had my card. A manager told me they did not have the card. I then looked at my transaction history and there were unauthorized uses of my card on 892021, and 8102021, both at liquor stores on Garland Ave in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Suggested solution:

The offending employee should be fired immediately. This is a huge violation of my trust and a very bold move on his part. There is no telling how many times this has happened. Maybe this was the first, maybe he does it regularly, but it is completely unacceptable and I will likely never go to another Braum's again. That is unfortunate because I was a huge fan and brag about this store to my friendsfamily quite often... at least I did. But not anymore.
