My complaint:
Was eating ice cream at Braun’s and found a bone in my ice cream . As big as a thumb nail. I reported it to a worker and the manager, they took it and said nothing. Called back and talked to the manager and she said I thought I told you I was sorry and I told her you didn’t that you just looked at me. Did not offer me to give me my money back or replace the ice cream. If this is the kind of service you offer, then I will have to go elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
Nothing. They took the bone and got rid of it
