My complaint:
I came in with my family for dinner and the boy who was ringing us up was very rude to us. He roed his eyes when I asked if the burger came with sauce and then shoved the receipt at me when I had paid. He seemed like he hated his job. I was very shocked at this behavior because i have always thought of braums employees as very inviting and friendly no matter where the location was. The boy had long poof hair and was maybe 20ish . This happened on Tues Nov. 9th at 8:30 pm
Suggested solution:
Talk to the employee about maintaining a friendly demeanor towards the guests at all times.
