My complaint:
Wife got fired for standing her ground on being harassed and degraded by Male Supervisor cause Farm Manger Derek is a Coward not standing up for the Female workers, it takes a Coward to be a Coward.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate her job and do better Employee Management.
