My complaint:
The manager at the Terrell, tx braums is always extremely stinky like weed and his eyes are always incredibly red. I believe for your company this a bad representation of a manger. Every time I come in to get to something to eat he’s high. I’ve been coming to braums for 5 years now, the food is pretty good but you might lose customers having a manager that’s high all the time.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to be able to eat without smelling weed. I believe you should fire him, as long as he's still there me or my group will no longer be eating at braums
