My complaint:
This is about the newer store at the South side of Bartlesville. First I want to say they are 100% cleaner then the older Braums. They got so bad we just couldn’t go there anymore. The only complaint about the new store is they need to clean up their customer area where we sit. The walls in the center booth still has large shake drippings from two months ago. The booth with the windows have a metal rail running thru along them. Every one hasmeared on food on them. The tables are swiped most of the time and I know they get busy. We go there at least three times a week and would hate to quit.
Suggested solution:
Clean better.
