My complaint:

Hello! I am a current employee of braum’s at this location.. 1201 South Sunny Lane road del City Oklahoma.
I have been working here for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, so I’m fairly new. Right at the same time I was hired. They hired this shift leader Jessica Morgan.
Unfortunately this particular shift leader has done nothing but make my time here very hostile with the way she talks to me and other employees to the way she acts towards me and other employees.
She’s been reported to have dropped food on the floor and put it back on the grill, went on break coming back smelling like marijuana, and customers have literally asked for other people to service them because she is rude to them or short with them.
I have expressed my concerns with my senior managers. With no avail. Now I’m contacting corporate due to the fact that is unfair that I come to work and comply with everything that’s asked of me just to be met with hostile behavior.

Suggested solution:

Honestly for the integrity of the company the customers and the employees they put their time and effort into brightening up the next person's day or showing their determination to put a smile on each other's faces and customers alike.
I honestly feel that she needs to either be demoted to crew member or transfer to a different store. Because she is not complying with the integrity y'all work so hard to develop for new hires, for school hires, and the customers that come in and enjoy our services
