My complaint:

PLACED AN ON-LINE FOR A LARGE FAMILY MEAL FOR PICKUP. AT THE STORE, THREE ITEMS WERE UNAVAILABLE( BROCCOLI,,CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD AND BAKED CORNBREAD). I WAS TOLD THE CORNBREAD COMPLIMENTARY, WHICH HAS NO SUBSTITUTE, SO I FORCED TO ACCEPT OTHER ITEMS WHICH I DID NOT WANT. WITH A PREPAYED ORDER I COULD NOT RECIEVE A PORTION OF MY MONEY BACK. THA ATTITUDE WAS SELECT A SUBSTITUTE AND GO HOME MY ORDER 13588200407302147 10232022. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT PATRONIZE THAT LOCATION AGAIN. DON’T KNOW HOW TO SEND A COPY OF ORDER
