My complaint:
On Sept 18, 2022 at 1:39PM, I purchased $37.47 in qualified purchases before taxes, and did not receive the full $15.00 pursuant to the Promo Code referenced above. When I advised the employee that I was owed additional credit per the coupon, she refused to honor the request and advised if I wished the food, to take the receipt and the food and leave. I made the request again, politely, after looking at the receipt, and she advised that I should take the receipt home and review it and I would see that she was correct.
Suggested solution:
I should receive via my email a $15.00 gift card toward a future purchase for the frustration and inconvenience I experienced today, September 18, 2022
