My complaint:
I was in a North Miami Boston Market Location over a year ago, I paid for a noncooked meal in the store as a walk-in. Upon realizing the meal was not hot (catered), when the food was brought out, I returned the items and requested a refund. After waiting and speaking with the manager, I was told I needed to contact corporate because a refund could not be given in the store. Which I have. This occurred 11242021 at 2:59:26 PM. As of this day 12232022 I have yet to receive a refund of $211.29 after numerous phone calls and few callbacks. Order ID: AAABXKGNACEP
