My complaint:
I went into this restaurant location 2 times in the past 6 months. I was trying to order off of the menu. I tried to order several choices-only to be told that they were out of that item. They only had turkey as a choice!!. I did order turkey and requested some butter-only to be told that they were out of that also! I was also told that they were out of soup as a side dish choice. I had the same exact experience with this restaurant about 6 months ago! I wanted to give it a 2nd chance but it has not improved at all! The dining area was also horrible-trash and all of these delivery boxes piled up very high-VERY unsightly!! The manager was also very uinconcerned and very rude!! I
I will never set foot into this restaurant again!! This use to be a great restaurant about 2 years ago. Since then it has gone down the tubes !!
Suggested solution:
They should fire the current manager and hire somebody who takes pride in their restaurant! They did have a very good manager at one time. The current one is pathetic!!!!
