My complaint:
Upon arriving to the Boston Market I stepped out of my vehicle and walked up to the door. To my surprise both doors were locked and it appeared that no-one was inside the building. i was prepared to leave until I saw another costumer go through the drive thru. I followed behind the costumer and after they got their food I arrived at the window, I ordered through the window because the microphone was not working properly. I ordered a family meal with 4 sides. I drove to my destination and began opening my food I realized that the mac and cheese was not fully cooked. I began looking through the other sides and noticed the sweet potatoes seemed to be pureed in other words you could pour it as if it was baby food. They were also out of Boston Markets famous cornbread. The chicken tasted old and also everyone who consumed the meal used the restroom all night afterwards.
