My complaint:
Hi, Im a member of the City Council for at large Mary Waters here in Michigan. I read your article about Boston Market and was wondering if you could help me or advise me on how to proceed. I placed an order online for Boston Market on the 3rd of November.
I didn’t know the store was closed. I paid online and went to pick up the food. The store is closed. I haven’t been able to contact anyone to get a refund. I use my Cash App card because I’m tired of using my normal credit cards online. Cash App refused to refund my money. I provided proof of receipt and pictures.
