My complaint:

We bought four brand new phones not even a month ago I’ve called every day about the phones not being able to receive calls or call out can’t get text messages can’t send text message on all four brand new phones same problem. 6 days after getting one of the phones not even by dropping it but the high simply placing it down on a desk with a screen cover and case it cracked it’s a Galaxy so stay away from those I asked if they could help us with the phone seeing how it broke and we still haven’t been able to use it they said no I asked if they would do something about the first bill seeing how it’s due in a couple of days and we still have not been able to use our phones she told me no I have the calls recorded I did let her know that she was being recorded because I feel like I was lied to I pulled up online where it says that they advertise good cell service no dropped calls no undelivered text messages telling her that I was deceived and she would not help me and every time my call would drop with them they would never call me back and I would have to do it over and over again

Suggested solution:

I want my first month Bill to be waived or at least until this problem is fixed with all four of my brand new phones and I want my phone replaced because we still have not been able to use it he had it six days before it broke with a screen case and cover
