I paid for invoice 1575003629 through a deposit into booking.com B.V. account 3339507007004 at Standard Chartered Bank Mall branch on the 19th June 2022. I sent proof of payment to booking.com on 20th June 2022. I sent 3 other messages atratching proof of payment and talked several officers about this since the invoice appeared as pending. I filed a complaint and was given ID 24-04788536615. However no positive support was given and today my property was suspended. This is despite that I paid the invoice.
They should trace the deposit and they will find it in their account. And I find this tendency of the officers to ignore disputes to be unfair. They should open my property immediately after they locate the deposit
